Sheri Lemire
With over 14 years of experience within the design industry, the founder and principal interior designer, Sheri Lemire, is celebrated for her timeless and sophisticated approach to creating innovative, polished interiors that evoke a broad range of design styles and authentically reflects the uniqueness of her clients tastes and lifestyles.
She began taking an introductory evening course in Interior Design at BCIT in 1999. It was there that she discovered the art of Interior Design and Architecture made her heart sing. Having a passion for design lead Sheri to fully realize a life-long dream and launching SDL Designs in 2016.
Sheri is looking forward to being able to share her passion, delighting her clients with her creative finesse and attention to details. She makes a personal connection with each and every client to discover their creative vision so she can ensure their expectations are fully realized.
Using her extensive construction industry experience, Sheri works closely with builders or general contractors to ensure every design detail is translated into the desired results.

Working closely with homeowners, other design and engineering specialists, as well as skilled trades people, we can develop any design vision and ensure it is fulfilled quickly and completely. Our meticulous attention to interior design detail, forward thinking, industry knowledge and a highly strategic approach allows us to create truly outstanding environments for both living and working.
Whatever the budget, we believe interior design and decorating is not really an expense but rather an investment on improving spatial environments which, in turn, affects the health and well-being of our clients. Knowing the value of a great design and being able to communicate that effectively is key in order to implement the design intentions.
SDL Designs, is always passionate about creating solutions through innovative interior design. We are constantly seeking new avenues to expand our design influences. Through education, travelling to other countries and experiencing many cultures greatly impacts how we are able to maximize and share our creative design abilities.
Our extensive and professional interior design work includes proficiency in: Creating Working/Permit Drawings with the use of AutoCAD or REVIT, Space Planning, Kitchen & Bath Design, Color Consultations, Material Specifications, Renderings by hand, SketchUP, PhotoShop and Project Management..
